Our roots in construction and property management go as far back as four generations. In 1929, An Italian immigrant, Alphonse Leonardo started Leonardo Excavation and Hauling in 1929 in Hamden CT. Through the means of investing in the latest technology and depending on his 4 sons, Leonardo Excavation became a very successful business, offering their customers superior work at affordable prices.

Fast forward, Alphonse’s great grandson, Peter V. Leonardo, still operates with the same values and ideology. TradeWinds Group was built upon a foundation of skills, knowledge and understanding the needs and expectations of customers.
